5-Year Workmanship Warranty:

Southline Fence Co. warrants the workmanship and installation of this fence for a period of 5 years from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation that are attributable to Southline Fence Co. 

This warranty does not cover normal wood movement, warping, cracking, splitting, weathering, fading, or deterioration/rot resulting from age, moisture, drainage, soil conditions, or lack of maintenance. It also does not cover damage caused by misuse, animals, storms, fallen trees, landscaping, third parties, or existing structures/posts not replaced by Southline Fence Co.

If a covered workmanship defect occurs during the warranty period, Southline Fence Co. will repair or correct the affected workmanship at no additional charge to the customer, subject to the terms and exclusions of this warranty.

Warranty claims must be submitted to Southline Fence Co. by phone call, text message, or email at 470-548-9600 or southlinefenceco@gmail.com. Claims must include a description of the issue and photographs of the affected area.

Site Conditions:

Pricing is based on visible site conditions at the time of estimate. Unforeseen conditions, including hidden concrete, excessive rock, underground obstructions, or additional repairs required to complete proper installation, may result in additional charges. Any additional work will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding.

Payment Terms:

A deposit is required to schedule the project and purchase materials. Remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. 

Underground Utilities: 

Southline Fence Co. will contact 811 prior to excavation when required or applicable. The customer is responsible for notifying Southline Fence Co. of any known private underground utilities, including sprinkler systems, invisible pet fences, private electrical lines, private water lines, and other privately installed utilities.

Property Lines:

The customer is responsible for determining and verifying the location of property lines prior to installation. Southline Fence Co. does not perform boundary surveys and is not responsible for determining property ownership or boundary locations.

Southline Fence Co. is not liable for fences installed according to the customer’s instructions regarding property-line locations. Any relocation, removal, or modification required due to incorrect property-line information provided by the customer will be billed as additional work.

Customer Acknowledgment & Acceptance:

By signing, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, warranty, exclusions, and conditions outlined in this document. The customer authorizes Southline Fence Co. to perform the work described in the approved estimate.
